Rejection - Turbo tax didnt save my filed taxes?

Hello, 

I filled my taxes and it was rejected for "IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records." 

When I log into the Turbo tax , I click re-submit due to rejection, and then it brings me back into the turbo tax where it is only half complete, one of my 1099s isnt in there. But I submitted my completed taxes already. 

Why is it not saved to how I filed it? 

If I forget my pin from last year what am I supposed to do?

If you used online TurboTax then it sounds like you are in the wrong account.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.
