We are filing jointly in 2023 by mail since electronic filing was not accepted. I got this year my PIN for 2024 filing but my spouse didn't get it. Return filed for 2024 is rejected since my spouse PIN is incorrect or not available (IND-032-04)
I don't receive any tangible solutions from Turbotax support to correct the problem. I feel cheeted paying for a service which doesn't help solving a known problem. Filing by mail is always the last solution but I paid for full service whuch I am not getting!
I need a better support rather a brush-off like last year!
