Look for an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. It will give you a brief explanation of your rejection and how to fix it.
If you did not receive an email then sign in to TurboTax, select Fix my return, and you will see your reject code and explanation.
How do I fix a rejected return?
I received the action required email and clicked on the link to fix my return and there were no instructions on how to do so. I even spoke to a representative who had no answers for me - so how should I fix my return if you’re not helping me or giving me instructions on how to do so?

On the TurboTax email was there a rejection code or a rejection message? If so, what is the code and/or the message?
Yes the code & message was REJ002 - Internal Reject. When I logged into my return to fix it there were no instruction on how to fix it.
