Rejecting Federal and NYS

My taxes are rejecting and I have verified my AGI   Could it be because I paper filed my Fed last year?  It is asking for a doc # from my license which my daughter had on the back of hers but I do not

Yes, there were delays in the IRS processing paper filed returns.  Please see the link below for additional support to help you electronically file your return.  If your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) does not work, try entering $0 as the IRS may not have processed your return in time and as such, the AGI would be zero for electronic filing purposes.

How to find last year's AGI 

As far as your doc#, can you provide a bit more detail as to what you are doing or during what step this is requested for?  This will enable us to assist you.
