I am helping my parents complete their taxes and when I submit their taxes, they keep getting denied stating that his spouse's (my mom) pin or agi is incorrect. However, they got their taxes done by a professional last year so I know the AGI is correct and she didn't have a pin, so I don't know why it is wrong. I have tried submitting at least 6 or 7 times with different things and it is not working.

If they filed a joint return for 2020 the AGI is the amount from line 11 of their Form 1040.   it is the same for each of them, and you literally type it in twice when you are trying to e-file 2021.
