Rejected taxes

I was claimed on another persons taxes however when I tried to file on my own I keep getting rejected. How am I supposed to fix this?

Check the box in Personal Info that indicates you can be claimed by someone else.

Go to My Info click EDIT by your name

Then scroll down to #3 Can someone else claim you?
