Rejected Tax Return

Hi!
I filed my tax return on Jan 17 this year (before IRS began accepting the tax returns). On the same day, I got an email that it was rejected, but how could it be if the tax period was not open? What should I do now because it is still said rejected?

   If u have access to 2019 Tax retur. Find the AGI Adjusted Gross Income. Enter it as your AGI and resubmit your 2020 return. If you still get rejected put 0 as your AGI.
