Each return is done with a specific program since tax laws change each year.

2020 can not be e-filed. it must be printed and mailed with any required attachments such as W-2s

You have to file each year separately.  Did you do 2020 online and it rejected?   Why did it reject?    You have to print and mail it now.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
