I recommend following these steps to import your W-2 Form.  

 

If you continue to get the same error message, you will need to manually enter the information by following these steps.

I'm having this same issue to where my Missouri, and Arizona state returns are being rejected. This is the message I'm receiving-

Description of error:
Your state return has been rejected due to a data mismatch on your form W-2.
What needs to be done:
There is a potential mismatch in form W-2, Box 18 (local wages) value on your state and/or local return. Double check Box 18 (local wages) of each of your form W-2 in the Wages & Salaries topic under Income or Federal. Change Box 18 to ensure it matches what is on your W-2 and follow the steps to file your state and/or local returns.

Try entering the amount that is in Box 1 of your W-2. @mace2lives
