Reject Code IND-031-04The IRS isnt finding my AGI from last year, please help
Last year, my return was accepted but I received notification from the IRS stating that I needed to verify my identity in order to receive my return. I didnt verify my identity until a few days ago. I dont know if or when I will receive the return from last year. Is there a way to check? I have already checked on the IRS website and they still do not have 2020 return available. It shows that it wasnt filed yet. Another issue, I tried filing my 2021 return this year andafter submitting them, they were REJECTED because its being said that the AGI for 2020 is incorrect. They dont have 2020 return on file, and I definitely filed it. If I put 0 to fix the error, wouldnt the IRS pick that up as an error once the return is done processing or finally shows up in the system? What should I do to move forward?
