Reject Code F8962-070 even when 1095-A information entered.

Doing daughters return.  She was on our 1095-A insurance for the full year 2023.  She got married end of December 2023, so she is now filing her own return and not a dependent.  I filled in the information from my 1095-A and also checked the box that she shares the insurance plan.  Entered my SSN and the amounts listed for each month.  Put her percentages as 0% on her return ( I will put 100% on mine).

E-filed return gets rejected for Code F8962-070.

I do I resolve?

Thank you!

Go back and delete the 1095-A and then re-enter it.  Then look to see if the form is included in the return.  If it is not, you can try entering her portion as 1% and making yours 99%.

This error is simply saying something is mismatched from what the IRS has in their information basis.

Since she was on your plan for the entire year, it is slightly possible that the IRS is missing her SSN and has her listed as someone who does not have insurance through the marketplace.

You can attempt to delete the 1095-A from her return to see if this clears the error.

I e-filed without the 1095-A information at first and it was rejected.  Then entered my 1095-A information and re-submitted and rejected again.  Notice now that TT is not including form 8962 with the return even though the 1095-a information is entered.  Could that be why the rejections?  Can't figure out how to force TT to include 8962.

Even though TT instructions indicate you can enter percentages from 0 to 100 in that field, entering 0 will not generate a 8962.  Had to enter 1%.
