Register without USA address

Hi ,

I am an American living overseas right now i do not have any income or job for family reason , i tried to file tax to get my stimlus rebate using turbo app , the process was simple and smooth while filling , however at the end of the process they asked me about USA address even i live overseas and put foreign address in the personal info section Can someone explain how to fix this issue and if a USA address is required can i use forwarding address service  ? Thanks

You can use a forwarding service address; however when you checkout using a credit card, the billing address must be a US address.
