Refund

Hello,

I completed my entire return by myself, called an agent at the end to have them help me downgrade, got to the end of the prompt and paid $109. That was the value on the screen when I hit pay. I then was charged 279 on my credit card. This is insane. I have requested a partial refund, have called 3 times and your reps are completely incompetent and cant even help past requesting the refund which i can do on my own. They even gave me data on how long my federal refund would take when I was discussing YOU GUYS refunding me, not my tax refund. Just had absolutely no clue what they were even talking about. Come on... I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't $170 or so difference.
