Refund

I paid my taxes on unemployment the IRS took my refund due to past taxes i have filed throug turbo tax for 7 yrs an now i owe taxes .

Refund

If you have an offset for back tax owed, then any "extra" refund for tax on unemployment will also be used by the IRS to pay toward the back taxes.   TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund.   If the IRS offsets your refund for back taxes, child support, etc. they will send you a letter a few weeks after they do it.
