refund to credit card due to faulty state file on turbo tax program

Turbo Tax, we are not happy. Last day to file Federal done, tried state download to NOPE.

Reinstalled program CD, NOPE.

Your program to delete all states or one state did not function as stated NOPE.

Had to download the state program thru app and give credit card info.

This fixed the program file.

Never opened paid for file. State was not used.

How do I get the credit card refunded.

Cannot find email to dispute for refund and every time called, NOPE hang up.

Call credit card to dispute in 24 hours.
