Refund from Turbo tax......for software that doesn't function

Paid for software that doesn't work due to "missing government tax forms", is but a scam by intuit.  Lies and scams the biggest are done by turbo tax themselves. Software won't function without out government tax forms yet you can file online for an additional 173 dollars, they need no government forms, How So?  Lie...!

Yes, updated, multiple times, same message; government forms not available yet.  As of today March 21, 2026, 11:06 AM, same message.  I’m getting the updates but not functioning yet because of missing government tax forms.
