Refund for store purchased desktop software

I purchased desktop Turbotax Premier in 2023 but directed to TT online where I completed my taxes for 2022. Near the end of that process, I was advised by a support specialist that I could file for a refund or credit if I had the receipt. I have found my receipt but don't recall where at Intuit site can I submit my request for refund or credit. Please share a link if you know. Thank you.
