I purchased online deluxe. The files were rejected by IRS 3 times and the software was unable to fix the problem, so I asked for my money back (purchase refund) .
BIG MiSTAKE. They robbed me. The website version (they said) is not refundable. Something they don’t tell you before you purchase.
Summary: Turbotax charged me $80 for a broken file return the software couldn’t fix.
