Referral reward delayed

My $25 referral reward has been delayed since February 24th and still hasn’t been released.

I already contacted TurboTax by phone and Tremendous support. Tremendous confirmed that TurboTax must release the reward.

Can someone from TurboTax escalate this issue or reissue the reward?
