I keep getting error code: reference code 6-399-259, however when I go to my forms to try and delete the incorrectly started 8962, it does not show that or a 1095-A. So I cannot figure out how to delete the erroneous form and like the previous posted, because I have paid it will not allow me to reset and start over. I have the Deluxe version as well.

When do you get this error; is it when you try to delete or try to file or somewhere else? Try to go back to the 1095-A section, delete any forms that are showing and answer NO to the Do you have a 1095-A/Obamacare? question.

Scroll through the forms list and make sure you are deleting any 1095-A AND any 8962s also.
