Reeturn Failing/Hung with white screen choosing or not choosing Audit Defense

I spent the better part of 2 days trying to get passed this error: "Turbo Tax pop up window white screened when choosing or not choosing Audit Defense" It came up with this error weather I choose to send my return electronicaly or to print them out and mail them. I finally found someone else that had the same issue and was told to try a different display screen resiloution. After going through all my choices the last one finally worked. It was 1366x768. I have an older laptop with Windows 10 on it and figured it might be because of its age. One would think that with all the updates Turbo Tax sends through that they would have a fix for this. It only affected that portion of my return but made me very misserable for several days until I figured it out.
