I filed it thru e-file which I am thinking it rerouted me to turbo. I still haven't received any of my stimulus yet but I got a letter stating that I need to verify my identity I've tried calling but I haven't had any luck getting a hold of anyone . Can you please help me

You can verify your identify in one of these three ways:

1. Call the number listed in your letter from the IRS
2. Use the online identity verification service 
3. Contact your local IRS office for an in person appointment

TurboTax cannot help you verify your identity with the IRS.   It is a difficult and frustrating problem right now, since it is so hard to call the IRS, but you have to comply with the IRS request to verify your identity in order to get your refund.  We have heard anecdotally that calling either very early in the morning or late---nearly at close of the business day--can be effective to get through to the IRS.
