We got approved for funding for pca services for my disabled daughter but i still pay out of pocket for sitters too,

My pcas switch up and call in alot so I have a friend watch my disabled daughter too and I pay out of pocket and she does this as much if not more and covers for the pcas even though she technically isn't qualified for the county funding,
