Received money from past employers wihout withhloding taxes.. how do I pay withholding taxes and where..

You can file a quarterly estimated tax return (1040-ES) for the fourth quarter. The Q4 return is due by 1/15/2021. The instructions and copies of the forms are available here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf
