How do I enter this information in Turbotax? Namely, there's codes (BTW, T, BMTW, etc) that I can't put in.

You don't enter the Form 8949 directly in TurboTax. It will be completed automatically when you enter your investment sales/exchanges. Enter your sales details in the Investment section. See link below for reference.

I do not have any of that information. They did not send me any forms other than the 8489.
