Received a bill of $84.98. Return delayed because your site would not allow me to enter 0 on my 1095-A form for 2 months. I want a refund from you. How do I get one?

There's no format for entering a 1095A, because there's no need to include it among e-filed or paper documents: it says so at the beginning of the health coverage module.  You should have answered the question "Did you have health coverage for 12 months or an exception" yes and then proceeded to specify the months of coverage in the next module, which if 10 consecutive months would have granted you the exception of 2 months of non-coverage.  Amend the return?

The first time I said "no" and then selected March-December. When it asked me to fill in my premium amounts though it wouldn't let me continue with Jan/Feb being at 0. So I had to go back through and then said "yes" and said Jan-December. Still wouldn't let me input the 0 amount for Jan/Feb. I had to select yes and write in premium amounts for all the months.
