Received a 1099misc that is the whole amount paid to me but most the the amount is from product not labor being paid. Is this filed in error? If not how do I file?

You still file as self-employed since Some of the amount is for labor. When filling out Schedule C for self-employment, you deduct your cost for product, so you're only taxed on labor.
