I was invited to apply for the refund advance when I was completing my tax return on the website. I was denied during the prequalification process. I did not file my taxes yet.
I received an email stating that I was denied because I had a PO Box listed on my return. I fixed that error and just have a physical home address listed now.
I went to the File tab and was still offered the Refund Advance, but when I click on it, I still get the message that I was denied, even though I fixed the error.
Is there any way to clear that and reapply? Can I delete my taxes and start over and it will offer the advance again?

The final decision on any Refund Advance only occurs after your tax return is e-filed and accepted by the IRS. Please see this link for further information.
I would recommend logging back into your account to confirm whether or not your tax return was actually filed. Please see How do I check my e-file status for steps to help you determine where your tax return is in the filing process.
