Reactivation at launch

I have had to re-enter my activation key at launch several times to where I have -0- remaining. When I called the help number, I get a third party that requests taking control of my desktop to make the changes required.

Is this the correct process to handle the issue?

The number I called was [phone number removed].

    It was a 855 number that ended with 2615
