As per ongoing negotiations, the IRS is considering sending direct deposits to individuals using their current banking details with the IRS. If you haven't filed for 2019, then your 2018 bank details will be used.

So it would go to my intuit turbo card were my taxes were deposited

That's not saying much had my taxes deposited on my intuit turbo card is that were it will go

Well, the details are currently being worked out. All I was saying was that being that you filed for 2018 or 2019 means you will be covered by the stimulus. How the IRS plans to distribute monies is something that has not been determined as of yet.
