yes agree, that email folks were told to sign up for, hasn't gone out yet for some reason...
I have been able to proceed somewhat-- but the final depreciation amount is still not integrated and when I go to the final calculations I get 0.
I don't understand why Intuit doesn't respond to all these issues.
All depreciation calculations and reports have been updated as of the software released on February 27, 2026. Please allow TurboTax Desktop to fully update when you restart. TurboTax Online automatically updates when you log into your return.
I rebooted my desktop-- I use the browser app. And it still does not put in the depreciation-- or rather it does in the calculations and they are saved--- but in the overall totals it is blank and the software shows no profit or loss as mentioned previously.
So the problem is still not resolved.

I see Users are still having issues with Depreciation and Amortization in TT. I can confirm I finished my Taxes today with H&R Block, and filed with them. NO issues.
This is my first time ever using H&R Block's software. It wasn't too bad. They had much clearer communications about software updates and less frustrated users as a result. Based on the poor response regarding this thread, the fact that they still haven't sent the email that I signed up to get about being notified when the TT update was released and the Pricing compared to Turbo Tax I will likely use H&R block again next year. Goodbye Turbo Tax! I hope you learned a lesson from this failure to communicate to your customers in a clear and concise way.
You brought up a great point TURBOTAX NEVER EMAILED US when we signed up to be notified. To all the “experts” who replied to us saying arbitrary responses, for example “this is the link to sign up for notification”, it was worthless. We never received any notification that the feature was ready. Thank you so much for this post. Sharing our experiences may or may not matter for TurboTax. However, others can read our experience and hopefully avoid issues in the future, such as exploring different platforms. TaxAct is a great option to consider.
