There must be a problem with how your computer is interacting with TurboTax. I suggest you clear the cache on your computer as follows, then reboot and try again:

Tried that many times. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It's working and I can do my taxes, but it's got me scratching my head. Not having a problem with any other software.
Please try this:
Close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax desktop icon
Click on the Compatibility tab
Check the box Run as administrator
Click on Apply and then OK
Start the TurboTax program. The software should update.
