Why won't the program accept my debit card information to pay for electronic state filing fee?

I filled out the information requested by the program but it will not permit me to hit enter to complete the purchase.

Just don't waste your money on such a scummy company that waits till you're done to hit you up with more fees. It's free to e-file, save your return in pdf format and go to your states tax website and efile for FREE. That being said I waited until last minute and just ate the fee but I know for sure I'll never use Turbotax again, I'll sit in tax jail before I pay them a penny. What a scam. Include it in the upfront cost don't charge a fee for something that is FREE from the state. Never Again!
