Be sure your name and the names of your spouse and any dependents exactly match the social security cards. Next, check with the social security administration to verify the birthdates you are entering match what they have on file. My submittal was rejected by the feds because they say my AGI does not match last years....It does match, as I checked it on my 2018 submittal, which was accepted. I re-submitted and got the same answer. Now say that I can send in my mail. Apparently, the feds have inaccurate information. Is there a solution, and, if I have to mail in my tax return, how do I get a refund on my payment for esubmit? It would be helpful if there was a live person to talk to for an answer.
