This is exactly what I needed! I couldn't figure out how to delete it. The best I could do was wait until the K1 section was available and then delete from that section. Super helpful thank you!
Can someone recommend the best alternative tax prep site? This is ridiculous - the IRS changed the K-1 form last summer and TurboTax is still diddling with the form. It seems they have become too comfortable that we'll all just stick with their product.
It's Feb 16 and this form is still not available! This delay is unacceptable. The business version also is waiting on updates so I can't even generate K-1. I've been using Turbotax for 25 years and this is my last year.
It is 02/16/2024 and still not available?????
it is now Feb 16 2023 and still no form 1120S or K-1
I've been using TT for almost 20 years and am also frustrated. Any recommendations on the best alternative tax prep software? Thanks
I see that the CEO has invested $20BILLION into Artificial Intelligence. Maybe instead of chasing the latest craze, he should invest in Real Intelligence. We don't need some half-baked "AI Assistant" that gives us a bunch of wrong answers - we JUST NEED OUR TAX FORMS!
It is already Feb 16... I checked today also... Schedule K1 is available to enter. Earlier they said it is expected for 2/14
it is now 2-16-24 and i still cant enter K-1 1065 this is unacceptable. they have known this was coming for months. poor customer service
I filed my Self Employed return with TaxSlayer yesterday. They had K-1s ready and was super easy. Was also about $150 cheaper, Hope this helps.
THANK YOU! Their help article says NOTHING about the Tools menu. Just saved me a bunch of time and frustration.
It's now 2/17 ... NO K-1!
New date is 2/21 ... it wasn't a promise, it was a suggestion ... apparently
According to the Forms Availability Table, Schedule K-1 is estimated to be ready for input on February 21, 2024. We recommend that you wait until the next day to update TurboTax (if using the desktop version) then retry the K-1 entries.
