No it's not resolved state hasnt received anything, fk this I'm done it's been over 3 weeks in limbo
Mine has been saying processing on irs.gov website tracker since the day I filed on Jan 30th. I'm worried because on the it says accepted but not the the IRS tracker..
I'm not I'm done this is ridiculous and after trying a few ways I never got to speak to a human at this trash company so I'm dropping them
Thanks but this IMO is more of TT stonewalling and gaslighting.
Am printing out and mailing my return via USPS...thanks TT (NOT).
Perhaps if TT actually wants to keep long time (decades) customers, TT should stop always blaming the IRS and/or the customer for TT created issues/problems. Posts by users show this is almost certainly a TT issue since others can and have efiled elsewhere and gotten almost immediate acceptance (after being left in limbo by TT) rather than being left in limbo for weeks with returns probably never advancing or actually being submitted to the IRS due to some TT issue.
If it says processing February 24th that will be the day they start processing it again which means more than likely it will come around that time.
I did mine on the 21st but irs didn’t start till 27th mines still at 1 out of 3 bars on irs website it been in processing for weeks now a person suggested tax act I did that and H&R Block but they got rejected cause I already used turbo tax sadly I prob won’t use them again been here for 5-6 years now
I’m having the same issue. Previous years I’ve filed and haven’t had any issues with updates and processing speed. This one still shows for both my federal and state just shows processing and no updates since I file in mid Jan for my federal and late Jan for my state. Tried to contact the irs and the state but the machine picks up and no actual operator to answer the call. This is frustrating.
I’m in the same boat it’s stuck in their system like they aren’t processing when it shows accepted by TurboTax but shows processing for almost a month now since Jan 17 for federal and state was received on Jan 27, 2025. Not sure what’s going on and why it’s taking longer. I have family members who have received they state and did it on the 24 which is strange. Why hasn’t mines completed for a refund.
IMO typical TT stonewalling and gaslighting to cover up their problems and blaming customers and IRS. None of what they say is credible IMO based on customer reports.
Sending my return by usps since cannot stand at this point to reenter everything in another sw program. Next year I will try taxact as they have a desktop version. Thanks to all for suggesting it.
Thanks for sharing.
This is IMO typical TT stonewalling and gaslighting to cover up their problems and blaming customers and IRS. None of what they say is credible IMO based on customer reports. Between this and activating problems among other things just this year not to mention tons of problems last few years I am done with TT.

Thanks.
IMO typical TT stonewalling and gaslighting to cover up their problems and blaming customers and IRS. None of what they say is credible IMO based on customer reports. See lots of problems this year with HRBlock.

Sorry not sure to what you are referring. A number of us have submitted returns that have been in processing limbo for several days to weeks up to nearly a month. In processing meaning supposedly transmitted but never getting accepted/rejected by IRS and IRS having no record of return ever being submitted for those who are getting refunds and can check the IRS refund status site.
IMO this is typical TT stonewalling and gaslighting to cover up their problems and blaming customers and IRS. None of what they say is credible or makes sense IMO based on customer reports being able to go and efile elsewhere and getting immediate accept/reject IRS response or response in just hours.
Now sending my return by usps since cannot stand at this point to reenter everything in another sw program. Next year I will try taxact as they have a desktop version. Thanks to all for suggesting it.
Some returns get rejected and won't get processed because the IRS e-file database indicates that an Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) is required for the taxpayer. If you received a CP01A Notice from the IRS with the required IP PIN. The IP PIN must be entered in the return and it must match the IRS e-File database.
Go to the "Federal Tax" tab, select "Other Tax Situations", and choose the "IP PIN" section. Enter the correct IP PIN information and then resubmit your return. If the IP PIN isn't entered, this return can't be electronically filed. It'll have to be printed and filed by mail. If you need to get your IP PIN:
I agree! I keep getting the machine and it says there’s no records of my refund. The federal was issued within a week and still doesn’t show refunded on here. State has been over 25 days now and no records? Scary and annoying
Done with TT. Husband just took return to usps.
