Why does TurboTax limit the 1040-X Part III Explanation of Changes to 160 characters when the actual form has a lot more room than that and if you have several changes, 160 characters is extremely small?

Hmm.  Interesting.  When I used the Free Fillable Forms that the IRS puts out, I was able to input a lot more than 160 characters, which is only about 2 lines long.  Part III of the form has room for 12 or 13 lines.  Why do they make the Part III area so large if they only want you to enter 2 lines?
