If this was an email, it's just standard marketing from the Intuit marketing department.

You can ignore the email.

We noticed you have not finished filing your 2023 taxes in TurboTax. Although the tax deadline has passed, we want to inform you that TurboTax Online will still be available until October 31, 2024, 9pm PST to e-file your 2023 return.

Did you finish your tax return and transmit it (if you e-filed)?

If so and you got a confirmation, then ignore the marketing email.

If you have more than one TurboTax account, the email is from marketing based on the account that was not used to file your tax return.  If you have filed your 2023 tax return and it was accepted by the IRS just ignore the email or test message.

It’s been so long because I filed it as soon as I got all my documents for taxes. I’ve filed multiple years with turbo taxes so this is the first this happened to me.

Someone needs to tell your Marketing Dept to knock it off.  Taxes are stressful enough without meaningless warnings!!!
