why does turbo tax generate 8949?

I imported consolidated 1099 issued by Vanguard. It includes 1099-B. 

 Box A: Checked

 Box D: Checked 

 No wash sales

 No adjustment

Turbotax generated 8949. Why? Do I need to include 8949? I plan to do e-file. 

I am ok to include 8949 if it does not cause any issue, eg send 8949 by paper mail.

There will not be any issue. Just e-file the tax return, with the 8949 included. You do not have to mail anything.
