My turbo accounts says transaction complete so where is my money
If you've just paid for e-filing and the system is saying "transaction complete" then the system is referring to the transaction of your payment being processed. Once that is finalized and the return is then e-filed, you would need to wait for an email confirmation that your return was either accepted and awaiting processing or rejected and instructing you to fix the error(s) that caused the rejection. Any statement stating "transaction complete" from TurboTax would have nothing to do with when/if/how you receive your refund from the IRS. TurboTax merely compiles, calculates, and transmits your information to the IRS for a fee. After that is done it is the IRS that you would need to check with as to when you would be (or should be) expecting to receive your refund.
