I efiled with TurboTax on 1/18/20 and the website says accepted but the IRS site says I need to wait 24 hours and they have no info. What's the hold up?

My 2023 return was rejected on September 20, 2024. I never received an alert from Turbo Tax that my filing was rejected. I need the rejection code to fix the tax return.
