I installed and for whatever reason, I can't launch the application again without having to enter the 14 character code. Why is that? I had don't that and have the application running on my Windows 10 laptop. It's asking me to enter again. I don't want to lose a license of the 5 because the application is not recognizing me.

What is the error message? Does it want you to Activate your program again?
