Why did my return not electronically file?

My return only gave me option to print and not e-file. I wish to e-file.

Returns can't be e-filed, or will be rejected if they meet any of these conditions

• Contain overrides in TurboTax software (Desktop)
• Have no taxable income
• Contain a W-2 where box 1 is blank or 
• The box 16 amount is greater than the box 1 amount
• Contain IRS forms or schedules not on the accepted Forms and Schedules list
• Contain non-final forms
• Are for prior-year returns
• Mismatched data (SSN, names, birthdates), 
• Dependent conflicts, or
• Unsupported forms. 
• Filling with prior-year software, 
• Missing information, or 
• Nonresident state forms. 
• The IRS may reject it due to identity theft
