Why cant I pay online

At the time you file with TurboTax you will be offered an opportunity to pay your TurboTax fees online.

If you owe State or Federal taxes, you will have an opportunity to pay those online as well.

I have tried many times to pay my California state filing fee with my credit card but am continually denied approval. Do you want my payment or not??
