You do not need to file a Florida return since Florida does not have an individual income tax.

The Florida return is only for owners of Florida-located businesses and rental property with assets to report.

Choose Skip State in the State Taxes section.

If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return,

If you were actually charged for the Florida return, contact Support.

Using the desktop editions of TurboTax there is currently a $19.99 fee to e-file a state income tax return.  This fee can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.
