You can enter a 1099 Int into all online and all Desktop versions.

Which tax software can I include 1099 int life insurance dividends?

Even though the insurance company calls it "dividends," if it's on a Form 1099-INT it's interest, not dividends. You enter it in TurboTax as interest.
