where is the downgrade on the left side of the screen

If you are in the Online version the downgrade is on the left sidebar.

Once you have logged in the sidebar will appear.

The option is to

Switch Products
Select the down arrow
You will see the option to Downgrade

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
