Where is "Payers Name" on 1099-INT?

I received a 1099-INT. I'm being asked to in put "payers name" but I do not see this listed on the 1099-INT form I received from my bank. Would it just be the bank name listed on the return address on the form?

Yes, the payer of the interest is the bank that issued the 1099-INT.
