Import codes are usually emailed to an email address on file with the account you're trying to import from. It could also be texted to the phone number on file.

Can you please be more specific, what are you trying to import and from where?

I have efiled my Ohio tax return and have verified everything several times but I keep getting a rejection notice saying rejection code W2 import hold...please help
