Where can I get proof that I paid for IdNotify, credit monitoring?

As part of the Equifax Breach settlement, I need an itemized receipt showing that I part for IDNotify, a credit monitor service. Where do I get that receipt?

ID notify was a free add on to the MAX benefits ... there is no separate bill for it.
